Cluj-Napoca, as a Romanian-German joint venture, having its origin in
Remat Sălaj S.A. and SCHOLZ AG. Along with the other companies within
the group, REMATINVEST is one of the leading Romanian processors and
traders of recyclable materials in Romania. With a tradition of more
than half a century, the group companies carry out a wide range of
activities in the field of the collection, processing and marketing of
reusable materials (ferrous and non-ferrous metals, paper, cardboards),
at a high quality level, as demanded by the market and standards
requirements. The experience and the continuous development of the
company are our strong points. With processing plants throughout
Transylvania, our company delivers quality products to local and foreign
